Grant Funding Guidelines & Application Process
**IMPORTANT–PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE GRANT APPLICATION**
The LPGA Foundation has established the Enrich Grant Program to offset a portion of the expenses incurred in connection with improving the quality of LPGA*USGA Girls Golf sites (each a “Site”). This newly established grant replaces the Participation Grant and Sandy LaBauve Grant, uniting the two to offer once enhanced grant funding opportunity for LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Sites.
To be considered for the following grant funds, each Site must exhibit a specific financial need, subject to the LPGA Foundation’s sole and absolute discretion and approval. The LPGA Foundation may approve the total or partial amount of funds requested on the application based on availability of funds. Grant funds are limited and not guaranteed.
If selected, an LPGA*USGA Girls Golf Program demonstrating financial need can utilize the grant funding for the following but not limited to:
• Financial aid for Girls Golf members
• Community outreach
• Partnerships with local youth groups
• Securing golf course access
• Transportation to/from the golf course or facility
• Increase staffing
• Purchase of equipment
Grant Submission & Approval Process:
To be considered complete, a Site must submit the following documents online to the LPGA Foundation through the online application by August 31st, 2025:
- Enrich Grant Application
- Site Budget Worksheet
- Event Schedule
- Completed roster registration via Girls Golf App & system
- For larger programs with 200+ members or First Tee affiliated Girls Golf Programs, please contact fernandoc@lpga.com for an alternate way of proving registration.
- Share Story of Impact from your Girls Golf Site
- Share 3 Photos from your programming if applicable
As a condition of receiving grant funding, a Site must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the grant and submit proper Financial Documents to the LPGA Foundation.
Overview of the Grant Process:
1.Site must submit a completed Grant Application, which includes the application form, a Site Budget Worksheet, Accept Terms & Conditions, proper financial documents and Event Schedule online prior to August 31st, 2025.
2.LPGA Foundation will issue a letter to the Site either approving the request for funding (and indicating the amount of grant funding awarded) or denying the request for funding.
3.LPGA Foundation will issue the first and only installment after the deadline of August 31st, 2025 as long as we have all the necessary financial documents. Any missing documentation may affect timing of payment being issues.
Reminders:
- The LPGA Foundation Grant Funding Program was implemented in order to assist Sites with their expenses. The funding is not meant to supplement all costs incurred by your program and should not be relied upon to do so.
- No other grant funding opportunity will be provided. The Enrich grant replaces the Participation Grant and Sandy LaBauve Grant awarded in the past.
- Girls Golf Parents have to register their children (Members) via the Girls Golf App or online on our website.
- Be specific when completing the Grant Application, as incomplete answers may delay the review of your Grant Application.
- If a Site Director maintains more than one Site, a Grant Application must be completed for each Site that is requesting funding.
- Sites are required to host a minimum of 10 activities/events during the 2025 year to be considered for a grant. On your Event Schedule please include a detailed description, including the date and time, for each activity/event.
- If your Program is selected for an Enrich Grant, payment will be emitted in the Fall.
- The Grant Application must list the name of the Site Director for the Girls Golf Site applying for said grant. If another individual is submitting the grant on behalf of the site, please notify the LPGA Foundation team and indicate the Site Director name in the application.
- If there are any changes to a Site’s projected budget, the Site Director must submit a revised budget to the LPGA Foundation.
- The LPGA Foundation shall have the right to revoke, and in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions request repayment of, grant funding to a Site without penalty at any time if the LPGA Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that a Site is not acting in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the grant.
